Delivery Policy

At Smockify, we aim to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 12.00 will be processed the next business day. We offer delivery via  Pudo delivery carrier, and delivery times vary based on location.

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Please ensure your shipping details are correct; Smockify is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information.

For international shipping, please be aware of customs duties or import taxes that may apply in your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Smockify.
